Secondary display card/monitor

Is it feasible to add an internal or external secondary display card. My primary card has a secondary NTSC composite out, but it looks pretty awful. I won't be making any color correction decisions on it but still want something decent and to reduce the load on the primary card.
I don't have have much of a budget for picture related items. Recommendations?
Thanks

Are you sure you don't also have a secondary output for a computer monitor as well?

Seems to me that adding a second computer monitor would be cheaper (and easier to color control) than a TV.

Dual output video cards are pretty normal these days, and you don't have to pay a lot if you don't want to.

Thanks, It has VGA, DVI an RCA. Don't know if I can use the VGA and DVI at the same time?
How about an external firewire interface?

If it has both outputs you should be able to use both. I also have a video card with DVI, VGA, and composite output, and it runs two monitors beautifully.

It also cost significantly less than a hundred dollars.

Also, get a good monitor, this is far more important, especially for fx, cc, etc.
