selection indicator DVDA 1

For the opening menu, there is no indication as to what button is selected/highlighted. I have to blindly move the arrow buttons and see what I have selected. The secondary menus highlight were the cursor is at all times. What is this called and how can I apply it to the main menu page in DVDA 1?

Menu page properties. "Selected button" should be set to a color set that is not transparent. "Activated button" should be set to a color set that is not transparent. Inactive button should be set to "none (all transparent)".

While on the menu page that is not showing any highlights does using the select button highlight anything? If so then your "Selected button" property is set to either "none (all transparent)" or the associated color set is transparent.
