Selective Color

I would like to be able to do selective color, i.e. the Pleasantville Effect (AKA: Sin City Effect) without upgrading to Vegas Pro 8. Does anyone know of any plugins that Vegas Movie Studio supports that can get the job done?

VMS8 plat edition comes with the 'newblueFX colorize' effect, which does exactly that.
