I could see seperating the Vegas forum into two sections: one for audio and one for video...but seperating it into three: one for audio, one for video, AND one for audio and video...that would be annoying to bounce back and forth between forums...is that what you were trying to say? maybe I'm just confused...

Well, this is easy enough usually by the title of the post, you can tell if it's a video or audio post. I like the audio and video being in the same forum, makes me get some Video tips, which I don't use much. I rather see a "new-user" forum, so that I can avoid the dumb questions of "How do I remove vocals?" and "This program sucks, because I haven't read the manual yet and don't have a friggin clue as to what I'm doing."

I would also like it so, that all replies came up listed and I could easily scroll down the page, instead of having to click on a reply and wait for a page to load. When a post get's up to 26 posts, it will take you an hour just to read them using the current method and by the time you're at the end, you forgot what the original post was. Look at the Protools forum and see how it "ought" to be done. WWW.Digidesign.com

I think the main reason why the forums aren't split is because Vegas Audio and Vegas Video are not that much different. Vegas Video has lots of cool video effects and features not found in Vegas Audio, but the interface and the audio capabilities of both programs are identical in every way.

yes im saying 3 forums!
really im just suggesting anything to try to make something happen.
when you post you could check a box that says audio or video.all posts would go into a forum just like this one and there would be sepperate forums for audio or video.
you wouldnt have to bounce back and forth.
you would look at the audio forum, the video forum or both at once.
but really,im not trying to make a passionate crusade.
