Serial Key issue

I've been running Video Factory 2.0B for a long time succesfully. The other day I installed the 2.0C update, but when I try to run the program it asks me for my serial number. I put in the serial number but nothing happens. It does not go to the next screen where I can register. When I put in a wrong serial number it will tell me so.

Please help as now my SoundForge XP is doing the same. Asking for the serial number but not accepting it. It just sits there.

I know the serial numbers are good, because as a test I tried installing Video Factory on my laptop and it worked fine.

Please help, as I was in the process of making a very important project with over 50GB of footage but I can't access it now without Video Factory.

I've tried installing and uninstalling many times, but still no success.

I suggest you contact technical support via e-mail or telephone.

I second that advice. Tech support will be able to help if you registered previously.
