I could be mistaken, But I would think that it would be useful to allow an option to render files with the session timecode embeded to allow transfer of that sync information to other NLE's and easiertime allignment between projects without having to nest or mess with exporting.

We have multiple Vegas and FCP Suites, and an Avid Media Composer in our studio. With some prjects we have to perform Surround audio and Video edits in Vegas, and video edits in FCP and Avid.

I need to maitain Live recorded timecode of the event when I perform aspect ratio changes for camera Iso's, Or change the timecode for other tapings of the same event to match the live event after I have ligned them up with the posted Program Audio.

Is this feature going to be added in later versions of vegas or is ther a work around, Other than performing an insert edit or giving the editors a timecode Offset?
