i am doing projects with a master video track, plus many tracks of sounds (music and sfx) when i am work on the very last audio tracks, i need to scroll up to view the video and scroll down to look at the audio placement.

Like acid, when i import a video track, i will always see the video track when i scroll down the audio track

There's no way to lock a video track to the top of your view like ACID and Forge do. However, you can re-order the tracks as needed, so you could move your video track to a place where you can see it along with the audio you are editing. In fact, if it's just a reference video track that you're not making edits on, go ahead and duplicate it so you can see it at the top and the bottom of the scrolling tracks. If the frames fill the output, there's no engine penalty for this (i.e., it should not slow down playback).

you might want to try the F11 key.

also try sizing your audio tracks down so they are narrower vertically.

if you can, increase your display resolution. 1600x1200 works good for lots of tracks.
