I have used the set disk start button and my DVD still doesn't start-up with the menu. At start all I get is a menu with a list of ts files. What am I missing? Thanks!
Thanks for your response. I have checked and re-checked the media player setting on my computer and have switched from VLC to Windows Media Player and still same results. When I insert the DVD I get a menu that has to files listed: Audio ts and Video ts. I'm going crazy trying to figure what is the problem. Any other suggestions? Thanks again.
I think you mean AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders. You confused me for a moment. The former folder will be empty and the latter will contain the video files including audio and other necessary files.
Thanks again for your response. I did try a commercial DVD and had the same problem. So I guess the issue is with my computer. I've been having all sorts of problems with Windows 10. I appreciated your help.

Windows 10 does not come with DVD player software. You have to install 3rd party.
