Set in/out points not working in V4?

When I press "I" to set an in-point in the Trimmer, nothing happens. Likewise "O" for an out-point. Neither seems to work at all. V4 just ignores the key press.

Did something change in V4 regarding setting In/Out points using "I" and O"?

Works for me. Perhaps you set the "Collapse loop region" setting in Preferences > Editing?

Thanks for your help. I KNEW it had to be me at fault. V4 is an excellent product.

BTW, my son is a professional video editor for a TV network, and even he is appreciative of V4's capabilities.
