I am setting up Vegas-Video for use in a computer lab. The computers are running Windows 2K and have 3 user profiles on them, a standard user, power-user, and an administrator. These profiles have been created for security reasons and to limit access to certain programs. The problem that I have run into is that Vegas-Video will only allow administrators to extract audio, and possibly video, from a CD/DVD source.
Is there a way to give other users rights to extract media from a CD/DVD source without giving them administrator privileges?
