Settings for Amazon Instant Video

Hello DVDA folks,

I'm authoring a DVD for Amazon Instant Video and I have two questions:
1. How can I use Dolby Digital (AC-3) audio, PCM, or DTS audio format when outputting?
2. I need to keep the rate to 6.5 mbp/s, where can I set that?

The answers you received in your other thread weren't sufficient??
The video and audio rendering templates are in Vegas.
