Settings For Video Game Render

I'll make this short as possible so am not wasting any of your time reading a wall of text.

I produce videos for a game (GTA San Andreas) and would like them to be in the highest quality possible meaning I do not care about file size, internet speed is not a problem or computer specs. I have no idea what VBR/CBR/TWOPASS is and if anyone could just help me out with some good settings or an alternative software that will work with vegas pro.

Below is my channel so you can get the idea of what am producing, mostly in 1440p+ but wouldn't mind leaning towards 4k! Like I said previously, specs, file size, internet speed do not matter to me, give me the best of the best!

No quality loss, beautiful colors, smooth!

Make sure it looks perfect on your computer when you playback the encode. If it looks perfect, and it doesn't on YouTube, then that's YT limited bitrates, nothing wrong with your encode. What you can do to aid quality you're already doing by encoding at 1440P or higher to envoke VP9 YT encoding at resolutions below 1440p, VP9 playback is higher quality than h.264. If you only uploaded at 1080P and your channel or the video is not overly popular it's likely to be encoded in h.264 only.
