settings for web video

i just want to render for the web (flickr) a 45 second video but i haven't been able to find any setting that will give me a reasonable file size..
on the estimated file size tab it said about 9mb but when it rendered it was almost 500mb???
any settings i should try.. i was doing avi and changing the codec but kept getting error signs.

Just standard def? mpg1 will work, but mpg2 will give better quality .. both will be a lot smaller than any avi file.

Try WMV 300 bitrate
