Settings w/ 60p in dble speed and 30p rendering?

I am using "Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11".
I have 60p footage that I want to playback faster, thus set the "playback rate" to 2.0 in the video properties.
This give me pseudo 120 fps video. I also "stabilized" the clip in Vegas.
I have also other clips to use with which I let at playback=1, also 60p footage from a Panasonic G5 camera.

Vimeo or Dailymotion only display 30p max, so I need to render to 30p at some point.

I am still confused what I should set in the clip properties: "Smart resampling" or disable resampling ? Undersample rate = 1 or 0,5 ?
Why should I set this undersample: should it be not set automatically in the render settings when I set 30 fps?

I tried the following:
1) default settings, let undersample=1 and "smart resampling". In that case, it' same as "disable resampling", isn't it?
Render at PAL 25p is bad (jerky) for this double speed part.
Render at 30p is better but still not so smooth.
2) Same but with "undersample=0,5" for that clip. Render at 30p. Looks a little better than 1), especially when I pause the video.
3) default settings + render at 60p. Smoothest video on my computer, recognized at 60fps.
Once uploaded to vimeo/dailymotion, it get converted it to 30p. Result is here: https://vimeo.com/117962814 or www.dailymotion.com/video/x2fs7ey : only the first part is relevant. Looks somewhere between 1) at 30p and 2) although pausing is better on 2.
4) render at 60i with upper field but disable resampling, as suggested here (http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/forums/ShowMessage.asp?MessageID=916492&Replies=43). Recognized at 119 fps. Set bitrate at 16M but got encoded at 13M, but still more compression artifacts than 2) / 60p. Here the result in daiymotion: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2fty2a
Bad since dailymotion re-sample it at 25p. Get jerky.

No setting is perfect, but maybe 2) is still the best compromise? So should I set 0,5 on each 60p clip inside my project? Is there a way to set that settings to all clips in the projects AT ONCE ?

What do you recommend?

Are they any improvements in the rendering in version 13? With my basic usage, I don't see any other reason to upgrade from 11 to 13 if the basic features are all the same..
