Several Problems.

Hiya!
So I am using Sony Movie Studio 11 [OLD Version] and, at times, encounter several problems with videos with these properties;

Type: Sony AVC
Size: 6.85 GB (7,009,769,030 bytes)
Video: 02:08:37.886, 30.000 fps progressive, 1280x720x12, AVC
Audio: 02:08:37.889, 48,000 Hz, Stereo, AAC
ACID information
ACID chunk: no
Stretch chunk: no
Stretch list: no
Stretch info2: no
Beat markers: no
Detected beats: no
Other metadata
Regions/markers: no
Command markers: no
Media manager
Media tags: no
Format: Sony AVC
Version: Version 11.0 (Build 75)
Company: Sony Creative Software Inc.

The video in this issue I am now having has been cut down to 19 minutes.

My problems usually occur after rendering a.MP4 file with [Input] 1920x1080 60fps progressive and [output] 1280x720 30fps progressive 7.0 Mbps (54 BM/min) to a HD 720-60p YUV file (.avi) are usually...

-After rendering the file, my computer reads the file size as 109 GB (117,866,967,552 bytes), even though the video is only 19 minutes long with three layers (2 audio layers and one video layers).
-When playing a video through windows media player, the video lags.[Happens all the time]
-Render time takes an excessive amount of time [took an hour to render the film].
-When running another software (in this case, the Elgato Game Capture Software) the movie studio lags.

Anything I could do to fix this?

1- Are you sure that you using an mp4 rendering codec?
2- What are the properties of the rendered file (eg. similar to the source properties listed below)...is it really only 19 minutes of mp4?

The file of the unmodified file (From the properties of the file prior to importing to the software) is...

Video-
Length 2:08:37 [Again, I cut it down to 19 minutes]
Frame width 1280
Frame Height 720
Data rate 7037kbps
Total bitrate 72959 kbps
Frame rate 30 frames/second
Audio-
bit rate 221kbps
channels 2 (stereo)
Audio sample rate 48 kHz
File-
Item Type: MP4 Video
Size: 6,52 GB

I deleted the file before submitting this (foolish idea). I could re-render it if need be [I still have the non-rendered 19 minute file).

Sounds like you are rendering uncompressed avi, which is not a delivery codec. Use File->Render As, not Make Movie, then select an appropriate format..

Which format would work best?
I also did render and had the same problem before. Strange...

You didn't say what your intended use and delivery method is.
Computer playback, home theater, bluray, youtube, web streaming, what?

Very sorry, didn't understand.
It is for youtube.

The Youtube template in Movie Studio works perfectly well.
Produces and AVC/MP4 file.
The YT upload button probably won't work however; you'll have to do that on site.
