I'm wondering how the "Mastering Effects Bundle 2 powered by iZotope™" compares to Izotope Ozone?

Dunno. But I DID read about a neat analogue plug there.

How much to upgrade from 9.0?

OK, I think I'm sold as it comes with Zplane élastique Pro Timestretch DirectX® plug-in.

Which still begs the question of why that was not included in Vegas 9.0 where it is needed. I hope that IF I upgrade SF I can then run this plugin inside Vegas. I also hope it is as good as the MPEX resampler.

I read it and I'm still not much the wiser.
What I'd like to have on hand in my arsenal is a better audio time stretcher / pitch shifter than what Vegas has to offer. Quite regularly I need to convert from 25p to 24p and shift the audio 4%. Vegas's algorithms *can* be problematic. I'd like to know for sure how much better this new tool performs. The authors say little as it's an OEM plug so the promotion is left up to the repackager and in this case SCS have little to say.

Bob - give me a clip and I'll show you the results if you want - it's WAY better than SF9

Pardon for the delay in responding. I don't have a good sample to give you at the moment.
Anyways the discount offer is now available. It would appear SCS have had an snafu with the email. For anyone who didn't get it direct link is here:

Based on the fairly low cost of upgrading I'll give SCS my money.

Yes, after having installed and licenced SF10 and its components you can use élastique Timestretch inside Vegas too.

Thank you, thank you.
I was planning to buy it anyways but that's very good to know.
