SF Video Capture Express 4.0

I am trying to capture some VHS tapes. When I open Vegas 4 and select "Capture Video" the "File" menu, I get the following message:

Warning: An error occurred during the current operation. The application does not support this file type.
File 3QH35C could not be opened.
File 1ES21D could not be opened.
File KPX1RX could not be opened.

What is this Warning about? Do I need to do anything?

You need to contact SoFo tech support. This error has been reported before and they should be able to tell you the fix.
