I am unable to Vegas Studio Platinum 13 either via the disk that came with the box or by downloading the latest build. I get this error message each time. I have tried the Microsoft Fix It tool and the ,Net repair tool.

Error Code: FINISH TXT ERROR: -2147163964 occurred during installation

Module C:\Program Files (x86)\VEGAS\Shared Plug-Ins\Audio_x64\sfppack1_x64.dll failed to register.  HRESULT -2147010895.  Contact your support personnel.

I am attempting installation on a Dell XPS13 with the following specs.

Windows 10 Pro Version 1709 Build 16299.64
Intel i76560U
8gb Ram
250gb SSD

Anyone have any suggestions??
