shaking stills

Anybody had problems with shaking still? It does not shake when watching the timeline, but after DVD burning it is there.I believe that the reason could be that the pic is allocated between two frames so that when playing the DVD the pic dont know which pic to choose. I have tried tomove the pic a small pace on the time line but the result is unchanged.
any ideas?

you just have to put the still in photoshop and apply effect \ video \desinterlace , and replace it in vegas...
good luck.

Also try applying a very small amount of blur (0.001)

Selecting Reduce Interlace Flicker is another option to try. It’s one of the event properties.

I used to have this issue a lot.

The two (2) king factors are both the Reduce Interlace Flicker check box and the .001 gaussian blur. If you do that, you shouldn't have any other issues.

I personally do not like to apply Photoshop fixes, but would ather do it all in Vegas. I never saw that the Photoshop deinterlace filter did anything for me.

The biggest help was the .001 gaussian blur.
