There's no question, nor anything for anyone to learn in this post.
But I've been working with Vegas for a few weeks now and the more I get familiar with it the more impressed I am! This is one powerful and adaptable NLE!
Every time I learn how to do something in Vegas it is easier and can be more fine-tuned than it was in my previous NLE. Take just one example: Levels. In my previous NLE, to apply levels you clicked on your image, either on a bright or dark spot, hoping that the right levels correction would be applied. I would be clicking and clicking, hoping the get what I wanted. Man, was this frustrating to me. How I wanted "Darkroom Tools" that could be fine-tuned like they can be in Photoshop. In Vegas, I have them - the sliders allow the user to fine-tune the adjustment. What a superior method!
I've only scratched the surface of what this program can do, but I'm confident that other tools will likewise be intuitive and adaptable.
