I have a new associate that gives me DVDs that I need some parts of his projects in my projects and while sometimes I can just open the project, put the disc in the tray, click import media and it's able to be imported, sometimes I get the following message.
Warning: An error occured while opening one or more files.
The file is an unsupported format.
I know he works in Final Cut but sometimes I don't have an issue and sometimes (most of the time) I do have this issue. Any way around this?
