Shortcut to move event up/down to track w/o numerical keypad

Trying to find or make a shortcut to move event(s) up/down to another track w/o a numerical keypad. Like most laptops, my Dell XPS does not have one. I can't find the command in the 'Customize Keyboard' utility to add one.. Same goes for the 'Customize Toolbar' I can work around it but it's a PITA. Thanks and have a good 2018.

My previous laptop didn't have a keypad so I found it very useful to purchase a USB keypad. Made entering any number much easier.

But I think this is the option you are looking for

Thanks David, that's the command I was looking for. I have a numerical USB keypad, but it isn't worth the trouble to move an event every now and then. The best for 2018, Rick
