shortcuts/commant list?

I'd love to learn some shorcuts, like s is used to split the video and such, is there a list anywhere? I'd love to make my work faster. :)

1) The shortcut keys are listed in the back of the Manual
2) You can also look for "Keyboard Shortcuts" under the "Help" menu within Vegas

Is there a easier way than going thru a bunch of menus and stuff to deselect "Maintain aspect ratio"?

I dont understand what that function is for at all, i think, it just messes up the clip (Makes it thinner...)

Or any way you can unselect so it NEVER maintains aspect ratio? I hate that one...
