Here is my latest effort if anyone is interested :)
I had at that stage my new Canon XH-A1 one whole day so I was still getting used to it, I love it!

What technique do you use for posting to Vimeo? Most of my uploads to YouTube have looked horrible even though they looked great on my computer so I set up an account with Vimeo. I would like to try and get more people to use Vimeo because the quality seems so much better. So any tips are appreciated. Thanks.

I am no expert in encoding this was done in wmv at 1.8mb bitrate, 640x360 res and best for video. Probably some more knowledgable people than me can give better results. the help section of Vimeo is quite good for info too.
