ok here I am with yet another stab at my problem...
I resampled a rather long project to may it play smoother during slow motion. It worked but now the resampled, fully rendered file apparently exceeds the allowable multiplexing bit rate in dvd it. I have the same file that is not resampled and it loads fine. why does resampling it cause this problem. I really want to use the smoother version. anyone got some insight?
