"Show me how" no progress bar

I'm just starting with DVDA ver4.5
To my great distress, the "show me how" window opens with salutation, and directs me to press the "Next" button. But there is no next button or anything in the space where VMS has it. I also downloaded the trial version of DVDA 5.0, and sure enough the "Show me how" buttons are there!
Any way to reactivate the button in 4.5? I'll need it until I get comfortable.

I gave up on the "Show Me" toolbar, downloaded the latest version of DVDA, and used that info, it works fine.
Your tutorials are great, they did move me a long way.
I am still having a problem with scene menus. I create a large number (25) for each interview, create the markers and labels in VMS, import to DVDA, but find a lot of hand work to create the same size vertical text-only lists for the scenes.
Anyway, I'm still learning,
