Show me How not working

I have just installed Vegas Studio 11 and am updated to the very latest versions. When I click on the Show Me How links, nothing happens.

I installed on my laptop - and the links work! But still cannot get Show me How to work on my desktop (Windows 7, i5 with 8GB of Ram and lots of hard disk space).

Grateful for any ideas.

Hi happyatom.
You have to completely uninstall your current version then re-install it. From what I read on this forum before I upgraded to the latest build, if you simply install it over the top of the last build the 'Show me how' facility becomes unavailable. Do an uninstall and a re-install and it should be back again.
