SHOW OFF YOUR WORK thread

wwjd wrote on 2/15/2013, 3:30 PM
There are a lot of smart, skilled, experienced people here which is fantastic and you've all helped me a lot! I thought it might be fun to make one big thread where people can post there best work, showing how they've put that knowledge and experience into practice.

A place for everyone to see what everyone does.
Post your finest works. Then we can see what people like to make.

I know there have been threads with individual releases (like when I did mine) but I thought this could be a cool one stop reference.
Who's up for this?

If you want to EMBED a youtube, it is easy. Just put in:

[ link=FULL YOUTUBE URL GOES HERE ]

(minus the spaces, and remove the S from httpS if there is one)

Perhaps your website address in your profile could be used for that, for those that are interested?

This idea is from the many other forums I frequent where the people share their productions in thread names like "Footage" or "Post your Music". It grows over the years, you get to see lots of people's skills in action. Well, if it doesn't fit here, it's all good. :)

I think it is a nice idea.

Perhaps you are aware that there is a Sony Vegas Group on Vimeo: http://vimeo.com/groups/vegas, started by Ray.

I've requested a Veggie dump spot here a few times but admin's not biting. It would be great to share tutorials and ideas here.

Ogul, your video won't play for me. Other Vimeo videos will, but yours just sits there on the first frame. I see it has 119 other plays so maybe it is just something wired on my end.

I work for a local community college but do get to have fun from time to time.
Here is a series of interviews that I shot and edited in January. I didn't get to do the one in Beverly Hills though as there was no money in the budget for travel :(

Good idea to start this thread.

Except for the Scenic flight over Malta & Gozo everything is filmed in Belgium.

Here's a video montage of clips from a website I own and film that shows ladies smoking. All was filmed by me with a Sony NEX-VG900 and various lenses all indicated on the video, edited and graded in Sony Vegas Pro 12.
