showing track name when editing

I would like to be able to see the track info with every track when editing. I know you can set this up in Vegas but what about movie studio?

You mean media names?
View->Active take information.

The terms Media, Event, Track, and Preview have specific meanings in Vegas.
You will get better responses if you use precise language in your posts.
Track names are in the track headers.
