ShowTemplateEditDialog() with empty project.

ShowTemplateEditDialog() in Render Class don’t work when project is empty.
Is it normal or I’m doing something wrong ?

File - Render As is also greyed out on an empty project. So I suspect this is normal as you wouldn't normally do that unless there was something to render.
