Whenever I try to shrink video to say 1/4 screen the I have pretty bad interlacing problems. I get slightly better quality using event pan as opposed to 3d LE. I've also tried resample and supersample which helps but it is still not great.

I would think that reducing the size would give me better quality but I guess not. Are there any other tricks that help.
