Shut down PC after render

I often leave my PC rendering while I head off to bed.

It occured to me that it would be nice to have the PC shut down after completing the render. Nero has an option like this so it can't be impossible.

Could this be handled via a script either within Vegas or maybe within Windows itslef?

I sometimes use the Veggie Toolkit when I have more than one job to render so it would be a neat option within that script (if it were possible).

Depending on what operating system you use you might be able to do this using your o/s power management; have it turn PC off 30 mins after HD becomes idle or some such formulae.

I have used a small program that allowed you to set a specific time or a specific CPU usage percentage to shut down your computer. I can't put my hands on the title right now but let me look back.....

It will do what you want and it is free.

Um... don't think my sense of humour would stretch that far!
