Someone from this forum recommends ShutterEncoder. I wanted to ask which option should be selected so that the conversion is performed "without conversion", i.e. FAST?
What are you trying to do? A conversion cannot be "without conversion". Are you really trying to do a rewrap? Hence the reason for asking.
Which way will be the FASTEST?

A rewrap with ShutterEncoder is nearly instantaneous if you just need to put media in a different container (say MKV to MP4). You can also do a cut without re-encode if you just need to trim something from the end of a video for example.
