Shuttle Pro One problem

I use a Shuttle Pro One with Vegas 6.
I want to assign the key "Control + Alt + Right (or Left) Arrow" to button 4 & 1
But when i release the keys, the Keystroke zone display only "Right Arrow".
What i'm doing wrong ?

Sounds like you're not selecting the target app first? (Contour Shuttle Control Panel)

Yes, target application is selected but don’t work.
I found another way : I press CTRL + Alt and choose the Arrow Key in the List Menu.
Strange but working...
