ShuttlePro2 not working properly

For some reason my shuttlepro2 is not working anymore. It was working for a long while but now it has stopped and I can't figure the date/time that it failed. It works with other apps like MS Word, just not VP13. I have tried reinstalling the software (both versions 2.10b and 2.11). I have made sure that the target application points to VP13. It is odd. Occasionally it would seem that I can get it to work and it seems to be some kind of "focus" issue, i.e. if I click on other windows it seems to work but it is oddly random and can't seem to get it going. I also wondering if it is some kind of administrative rights thing. (It might have happened when I upgraded to 2.11?)

Any thoughts?

My understanding is that only build 373 can work with the fix that is posted on Shuttle website - my understanding, however at current this is still a Sony programming problem-

which they were supposed to solve and was made aware of at immediate release of Pro13 - but so far they have not really fixed their end of the bargain. Shuttle Pro accomodates with their fix for now.

Actually it turned out to be I had to add "run as administrator" to the executable for the shuttle pro application. That is what worked for me. I must have updated to the 2.11 release and that installed new .exe's for the shuttle hardware.

It is still the very irritating - everything has to have "run as administrator" enabled to function properly. You forget after a while......
