Signing over Vegas 10

Sent friend access information to Vegas 10.
So he has my list of software and password, but still can download the software.
Am I missing something?

If you are trying to transfer your license to someone else, you need to contact Sony with the information of the person that you want to transfer it to and they will cancel your license and issue them a new license key.
