Silkscreened DVD's?

I need blank DVD's that are silkscreened with my company logo (multicolored)
Instead of printing out each DVD with a bubblejet printer (direct or on paper) I
figure it is a better idea (for a more professional look) to silkscreen them and
leave a little space for titling each DVD, ie. "Tony & Tina's Wedding" I will either
use great penmanship for this OR actually print with bubblejet printer in black.

My question is should I be talking to a printer or a DVD house for this AND if
anybody is doing this what is the charge per DVD? Please state funds, ie (US) (CDN)
etc.

Thanks,

Alex

Discmakers.com and other cd replicators will print your art on CD-Rs and DVD-Rs. You should be looking for not just a printer, but a CD manufacturer that has the setups, inks and expertise to silkscreen on CD and DVD media.

However, in the long run it may be cheaper and more "professional" to buy a CD printer (~$1000 to $1500) and use ink-jet printable media to print customized graphics directly.

(But I think the glossy "photo grade" adhesive labels look better for a custom job than a ink-jet printed disc.
