Simple question, need refresher

I have over an hour on the time line. I want to insert a scene. What is the easiest way to accomplish this?
Can I only the media to the right of the cut farther down the timline or what?
I know I will hit myself in the head the minute you tell me, it has be a long nite of cutting

do you want to insert this scene in the middle of a clip?
If so go to the point you wish to insert, split the clip "S" key. and insert your clip. either ripple edit or just manualy move the right clip over to allow space.
It can get a little more complicated deppending on how many tracks and clips you have to "nudge"
A little more info and we'll get you where you need to be.

A couple other ways to do this would be to put the cursor at the proper place and choose "Insert - Time"

Or select all clips after the cursor and manually move them right.
