Well I checked some of your posts and don't understand why they weren't answered, I don't know that much about what you were asking about or I would have tried to help.

Sorry.
See ya, Rockit

Sorry to hear of your probs.I have had probs at times getting things answered(at least as fast as we would like).Patience and persistence gets the answers it looks like.
Vegas is a great software and you should give it another chance.Really!
It only gets better when you give it some learning and understanding.
Hang tight and try directing your mail staight to sonics email folks on this forum like Dave hill(sonicem).I think that is it.
Sonic is very good company, hang in there!!

Hello everyone,

I'm not sure we can save d_nyl, which is very unfortunate, but I would like to clear one thing up. This is a user -> user forum, not Sonic Foundry's central Technical Support. If you encounter a problem that isn't being addressed on this forum by any other users, and nobody from Sonic Foundry has posted to that request, be sure to submit a Support Request (http://www.sonicfoundry.com/support/supportmail.asp) as soon as possible. This goes straight to the Technical Support staff and will be handled appropriately.

This forum is present so that a community can be built between the actual end users of Sonic Foundry's products, and an extensive knowledgebase of past issues can be examined by all of us. Sonic Foundry Representatives add as much as they can because we too are avid users of this software. We want to be a part of the community as much as the rest of you.

With that stated, d_nyl, if you are still out there, please submit your request and we'll help you in any way we can.

Glad you liked the comment. I love this software and find it much faster and easier to use then Premiere or other tools (I've been using Premiere for a few years and am pretty good at it). I'm sure we all would have wanted to help, but after searching back through his posted, I didn't find that many that would trigger an post like his oringal one. Oh well. :)
