Since Movie Studio 16 keyboard lag

Dear Movie Studio community

 

I upgrade from Movie Studio 15 to 16 and since then I experience weird keyboard lag after I use Movie Studio for a while. Up to the point where I have multiple seconds of delay between keyboard press and the computer reacting.

 

Is this a known and common phenomena with V16? Or any idea how I can debug or what log file I can look at to provide more detail on the issue?

Just to make clear I am on a Win10 x64 latest updates of 1809. At this point in time I also cannot exclude that it is a windows update related thing. I just do not experience this lag until I use Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 16. Never having a lag with the other applications I am using.

Laptop or desktop?

If it is a desktop, how is your keybooard connected to the PC?

Desktop. Keyboard is a Cherry DW 9000 wireless connection with the original Cherry dongle

Do you still have your VMS 15 installed that you can check if it is Vegas or something else?

I don't but the more I google the more I believe it is a Window problem. I think we can close this thread.
