SINGLE FRAME CAPTURE

Does Screenblast allow video tape in camere to be progressed frame by frame and does it have the 'CAPTURE IMAGE' feature that VideoFactory 2 had?

Yes, Screenblast MovieStudio 3 will do everything VideoFactory 2 could do and a whole lot more.
