I have created a VCD (352 x 240 NTSC), but the final in some parts has video skips (for example a man walking look in the VCD like he walks like two steps at a time). Please, help me to avoid this. (The capture in wmv looks good). -Karina Reeves
A vcd? Meaning you transcoded from WMV to MPEG1? Did you edit before the transcode, or after? Bit rate at max?Going from compressed source to compressed source can always create a little weirdness, and usually does.
What is the format you are working with IN Vegas? MPEG or WMV?
I have transcoded from a Hi8 to WMV (I edited the video in Vegas using many WMV video clips). Then, at last I created the final video in MPG-1 (for standard VCD format). I burned a CD-R but in some parts there are STUTTER parts (specially in movements).
