I received this message (in part) today through our web site:

"I inadvertently recorded in video rather than taking snaps for a number of
images. My normal printer says they can't do anything but there about 24
or 25 images that are important to me and I am writing to see if you can
convert my AVI files into still photographs. "

I can do this for the gentleman, but I think he would be better served by a videographer nearer him, in London, since I imagine there will be quite a bit of image selection involved.
