Slip editing a group

Hey all,

When I drop an audio/video file into the window, I can't figure out how to slip edit both and keep the sync. I've tried selecting both. I've tried making both a group. Is there any way to link the two so that whatever I do (length/frame-wise) to one will do the same to the other?

Thanks

KH

I'm not sure what to tell you. When you add a combined audio/video file to the timeline, the default behavior is for them to be edited together. You would have to ungroup them to have editing affect them separately. They should already be grouped together when you add the clip.

Make sure you have ignore event group turned OFF.

If you bring in an a/v clip, and select either the A or V, you'll be able to slip (alt+click drag inside event) or edge drag, or time-stretch both a/v, in one operation.

That worked, Sonic. Thanks!
