Slow Mo

I have just reconverted a 4:3 project to 16:9 and am using a widescreen LCD display
Everything is good except the slo motion creates a ghosting effect
Is there a recommended playback rate that you should not go below
I am using .315

What was the framerate of the footage and how much did you slow it down ?

Offhand I understand that "Super Sampling " may help, but only do it on the parts that need it.

Framerate = 29.97
Slowed down to .317

Is there a standard percentage to slow it down dependant on the frame rate ?

What is optimal ?
