unless you have a program to figure out what the inbetween frames are that's just how it will work. You're increasing the time between frame changes.

For really good slow motion, you need to use a different program. Some are expensive and some a free.

If you are familiar with AVISynth, that does a reasonable slow motion for free.

The real pro choice is Twixtor but it's not cheap and only comes a plugins for FX applications.

The real pro choice is to use a high speed camera :)

Software can work very well or not, see results in my recent post here.
