Slow Motion?

I wonder how to make a scene slow down or speed up. I want to make a slow motion effect.

Right click on the clip and select "Insert/Remove Velocity Envelope." You can add points or simply drag it up to 300% or down to -100% (real-time backwards).

by doing slow motion you are adding or removing frames.Watch your end of clip and adjust.
