Slow Motion

I have been using vegas video for a while bit havn't figured out how to slow motion just one frame. Can you even slow motion?????

There are two ways to slow-motion a clip:

1) Hold down the CTRL key and stretch the clip longer.

2) Apply a velocity envelope (0% is freeze frame)

Just one frame? What do you mean by "slow motion" of just one frame? Do you mean you want that one frame as a still that lasts for a while? You can't really have motion, slow or otherwise, from just one frame.
