SLow motion

How do i accomplish slow motion on a clip? I am editing a wedding and the transition of one clip into another would be perfect for a slow motion. Suggestions?

hold down CTRL and then click and drag the clip on either end

right click and select properties and then adjust playback rate

right click and select envelopes velocity and then you can keyframe adjustments to do whatever you want.
