Slow Motion

Is there a way to apply slow motion to a video clip in Movie Studio + DVD? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hold the Ctrl key down and stretch the right edge of the clip out longer. The farther you stretch it the slower it will play. Squish it to the right to speed it up. The range is from 1/4x to 4x.
